I have been in the real estate industry for 2 decades and have been graced with amazing clients. I have had the privilege of helping many different buyers, sellers, and developers. Because things are evolving so quickly - I believe that being current and relevant are just as important as being experienced. It's an active practice to keep pace and not for the faint of heart.
The core of my business is always the client; how can I help each client get exactly what they want? Sometimes the first challenge is distinguishing what they really want. Delivering client outcomes requires listening, due diligence, transparency, tenacity, relevance, and experience. There are no magic pills - mostly listening and hard work.
I love technology, marketing, and efficiencies – but value face-to-face human connection. It's needed more than ever! When you can smell the interior of the home from a web gallery, I might reconsider. But for now – I plan on being personally engaged at every step to deliver on promises.
Outside of real estate (as if there were such a thing), I am a husband, dad, ski coach, avid photographer, & dog lover. I am always up for an adventure and find many of my greatest times are spent offline & off-grid with my friends and family.
